One-time cash or check payment due in full by June 1, 2021 (no additional fee)

Semi-annual payments due in June 2021 and November 2021 ($150 payment plan fee)

Monthly payments (up to 10) ending in March 2022 ($300 payment plan fee)

*Comprehensive, individualized college/career planning services are provided for each VCA high school student through College Admissions Assistance™(CAA),. There are also ongoing leadership opportunities as well as several assessments administered throughout their high school career to help students discover and grow their gifts, talents and passions.

Need-Based Financial Aid

Withdrawal Fee Schedule

The deadline for current families to apply for financial aid is February 14th. FACTs will charge a one-time $50 application fee

Families applying for financial aid will have five business days to accept or withdraw once financial aid awards have been communicated;  the withdrawal fee will be waived during that five-day period for families applying for scholarships.

To help awarded funds go further, awarded amounts cover tuition, however, families will be responsible to pay for fees.

An enrolled family may cancel their contract by 3/31 for the upcoming academic year (August through May), however, the enrollment deposit will not be refunded. 

From 4/1 through 7/31 an enrolled family may cancel their contract for the upcoming academic year for a withdrawal fee of 25% of the total tuition.

From 8/1 through the remainder of the upcoming academic year an enrolled family is fully responsible for the total amount of tuition and fees.
