While financial aid is available, there are guidelines for applying for assistance. Application for financial aid must be submitted each year.  Below are VCA's guidelines:

  • Aid to an enrolled returning student is given priority over a new student.
  • Aid is based upon available funding and family need.
  • VCA uses a FACTS management to process financial aid applications.
  • FACTS will require tax returns and other financial information to evaluate the application for aid.
  • The deadline for current families to apply for financial aid is February 11th. FACTs charges a one-time $50 application fee
  • Families applying for financial aid will have five business days to accept or withdraw once financial aid awards have been communicated.
  • To help tuition assistance funds go further, awarded amounts cover tuition, however, families will be responsible to pay for fees, the balance of tuition and the tuition deposit.

To apply for financial aid, click here or contact our admissions department for more information.

VCA partners with FACTS Tutition Management system for billing and plan management.  VCA charges no plan fee.  However there are one-time fees assessed by FACTS.

Semi-annual payments due in June 2022  and November 2022 ($15 one-time plan set up fee)
