Servant Leadership at Valor

"Shaping the Habits of the Heart"

Valor is committed to launching servant leaders who shape culture through a Biblical worldview. The Servant Leadership Program at Valor is a K-12 initiative. Through school wide service projects, serving community partners in lower school classrooms, and distinctive leadership and serving opportunities for students grades 8-12, students, families, and staff are able to live out VCA’s mission, vision, and core values in the “halls” of our homes, school, and community.

As we all know, serving begins at home. At Valor, not only will we encourage families to make that a priority, but offer opportunities for students to serve in and out of the school. As followers of Jesus and being made in the image of God, serving is the essence of our DNA.

Through the Servant Leadership program at Valor, our hope is that we can play an integral role in shaping the habits of a students heart - their "habit" of serving.
