A Heart for Service

We are pleased to include a service component to our ALL IN in 10 campaign this year. Service is a cornerstone of our Vision: To Launch servant leaders who shape culture through a biblical worldview. Families are invited to help us reach our goal of 400 service hours by signing up to participate in the volunteer opportunities below.

Valor families are also encouraged to explore their own volunteer opportunities beyond the suggestions below! We love to see all of the ways that VCA students, parents and staff live out being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. Be sure to log ANY service hours completed during ALL IN In 10 to help us reach our goal!

Service Opportunities

  • MUST Ministries

    Friday 9/12 2:00-3:00PM

    Location: VCA

    Students & their families will have an opportunity to come together to roll silverware for MUST Ministries, an organization committed to providing food security to our neighbors across metro Atlanta.

    The silverware will be used by MUST Ministries during their meal service.

  • The Sandwich Project

    Saturday 9/13 1:00-3:00PM

    Location: VCA

    Bring the whole family to provide ingredients and assemble sandwiches to support the incredible work of The Sandwich Project, non-profit organization whose volunteers assemble and donate fresh, homemade sandwiches each week for immediate consumption to meet the food scarcity needs in Metro Atlanta.

  • A Beacon of Hope

    Monday 9/16 4:00-6:00PM

    Location: 2750 Old Alabama Rd. Alpharetta, GA 30022

    Join us to help sort and organize the Beacon of Hope Baby Boutique! Beacon of Hope supports moms and babies through their Bridge Care program, which includes a donation-based boutique where moms can shop for everything from diapers to onesies to baby gear.

Support the Valor Fund

We invite you to join us in reaching 100% parent participation in the Valor Fund this school year!

The Valor Fund helps bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of educating each student. Tuition covers approximately 90% of our operating expenses — your support helps us hire and retain exceptional faculty and staff and ensures continued excellence at Valor Christian Academy.

As a 501(c)(3) organization, all gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
