Student Leadership
Launching servant leaders who shape culture through a biblical worldview.
National Honor Society
At Valor Christian Academy, the National Honor Society (NHS) represents more than academic achievement—it reflects a commitment to servant leadership, character, and Christ-centered purpose.
NHS recognizes students who excel in scholarship, leadership, service, and character, aligning perfectly with our mission to launch servant leaders with a biblical worldview.
Participation in NHS gives students the opportunity to lead through service, mentor peers, and embody spiritual leadership both on and off campus. By upholding the highest standards of integrity and excellence, our NHS members set the tone for the school community, modeling Christ’s example of humility, courage, and compassion.
Student Ambassadors
Ambassadors for Valor are more than representatives—they are leaders in action, chosen to reflect the heart of our school at both on-campus and off-campus events.
These students embody the values of integrity, hospitality, and servant leadership, welcoming new families, assisting at special events, and sharing what makes the Valor experience unique. Through their role, Ambassadors grow in confidence, public speaking, and interpersonal skills, while also learning how to lead through Christ-like service. They are the first impression many families receive of our community, and they help set the tone for the warmth, excellence, and faith that define Valor.
Student Council
Valor’s Student Council provides students with a platform to lead, serve, and shape the school community through a lens of biblical leadership and personal responsibility.
Elected by their peers, Student Council members are entrusted with organizing events, voicing student perspectives, and fostering unity across grade levels. In this role, students learn the value of collaborative leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making, all rooted in Christ-centered values. They don’t just influence school life—they help build a culture of encouragement, respect, and purpose.
R3 Mentorship
Valor Christian Academy’s R3 Program is one of this community's greatest distinctives. Our R3 program fosters a positive school culture by emphasizing three core values: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Relational. This program reinforces positive behavior across all grade levels and encourages a culture of discipleship through meaningful connections between older and younger students. Each month, upper school students meet with their R3 buddies, providing regular opportunities for leadership and spiritual growth. These values are woven into the fabric of our community, forming the foundation of student expectations in every classroom, regardless of grade level.
