PRESIDENT

Kim serves as the Board Chairwoman and, as such, is an active member of all committees. She brings her experience in business, education, and, most importantly, as a mother, to her role on the board.

TREASURER

Beverlee is our Board Treasurer and serves on our Finance Committee. Her background in accounting and experience as a Valor parent are invaluable to our Board.

SECRETARY

Spencer serves as Board Secretary and contributes his expertise as a business owner to support the Marketing & Advancement Committee.

Chris serves on the board's finance committee and in strategic planning. As the owner of a technology business, he brings a background in operations, strategy, and finance to Valor's long-range planning and financial stewardship.

Chris leads our Marketing & Advancement Committee and leverages his sales background to support our Board. His expertise serves as a valuable guide in growing our school community to further our Mission and Vision.

Dave leads our Policy Committee and leverages his experience in business with his passion for our Valor community to his service on our Board.

Ash supports our Board by serving on the Policy Committee and brings a wealth of knowledge around strategic planning, executive coaching and leadership development.

Mike leads our Finance Committee. He brings his expertise in business and executive coaching wisdom to guide Committee initiatives.

Sam brings a background in business development and enterprise sales to his board service. His experience in building relationships and driving growth support Valor’s mission and promote its long-term success. Sam is grateful for the opportunity to serve Valor and help strengthen its mission for current and future families.

D. D. brings a wealth of business experience to our Board, and serves on our Marketing & Advancement Committee. Her proven skills in financial oversight and strategic leadership have been an invaluable contribution to our school.
