Student Support - Valor 17
The Valor 17 Program provides additional support for students with learning differences. Accommodations allow these students to participate in Valor’s standard course of study without altering academic expectations. Our Valor 17 Director, teachers, and parents will work to develop a Student Support Plan (SSP) to determine necessary accommodations on an individual basis. To learn more about Valor 17, please contact us at admissions@valorlions.org.

REACH Program
The REACH program serves advanced students in 3rd-5th grade who qualify based on exceptional scores on MAP testing, grades from the prior year, self-assessment, and teacher recommendation. REACH students gather outside of their normal classroom to collaborate, engage in challenging assignments, and gain confidence to express ideas in alternative ways. Critical thinking and higher-order thinking skills are cultivated in these weekly periods of differentiated instruction.

EMBRACE Homeschool Program
The mission of the EMBRACE program is to provide support, encouragement, and resources to equip parents with the tools necessary to complete their homeschool journey successfully. Through parent support meetings, transcript support, opportunities for students to participate in VCA athletics, enrichment, and fine arts, Valor is proud to partner with families in the homeschool community each year.
