Financial Assistance
We are grateful to be able to offer Financial Assistance at Valor. While we would love to provide financial assistance for all families who apply, our resources are limited.
With that said, families must submit an application for Financial Assistance each year. Below are VCA's guidelines:
- Assistance to an enrolled returning student is given priority over a new student.
- Assistance is based upon available funding and family need.
- VCA uses FACTS management to process financial assistance applications.
- The deadline for current recipients to apply for financial assistance is March 1st.
- New applicants for financial assistance must apply by August 1st.
- Incomplete submissions will be categorized as “late.”
- Late submissions may be considered after awards are granted to those who meet the deadline unless funds are exhausted.
- Applications will not be accepted after the first day of school.

- FACTS charges a one-time $40 application fee.
- FACTS will require tax returns and other financial information to evaluate the application for assistance.
- Applications must have the status of “verified” with FACTS by April 17, 2024 to be considered in the first round of reviews by the financial assistance committee. (Please note: all supporting documents should be submitted to FACTS in advance of deadline to allow for time processing through FACTS)
- Families applying for financial assistance will have seven business days to accept or withdraw once financial assistance awards are made.
- Tuition Assistance funds are only eligible to cover tuition. The remaining tuition balance, deposits, and fees are the responsibility of the family.
Tuition Payment Plans
VCA partners with FACTS Tuition Management system for all billing and plan management. VCA charges no plan fee. However there are one-time fees assessed by FACTS.
One-time payment due in full by June 1, 2024 (no additional fee)
Semi-annual payments due in June 2024 and November 2024 ($20 one-time plan set up fee)
Monthly payments (up to 11) ending in April 2025 ($50 one-time plan set up fee)
The following FACTS processing fees may apply:
